This listing is for families who currently hold a reserved parking spot at Westerly Creek. Renew by Monday October, 26 2026 and your spot is yours again until 2027 Auction. No bidding, no auction night stress.
Here's how it works. Current spot holders get one week to renew first. Any spot that isn't renewed by [date] is released to the limited buy it now pool at the auction, open to every WCE family. Once it's released, we can't hold it for you.
Your spot stays exactly where it is unless someone ahead of you doesn't renew. When that happens, every spot behind the open one moves up one to fill it, and new purchases go to the end of the line. Renew every year and the only direction your spot moves is up. Skip a year and you'd be starting over at the back.
Every dollar supports the people, the place, and the programming at Westerly Creek. Thank you for coming back.
