Staff Support

Perhaps the most appreciated aspect of our PTA is our amazing staff support committee.  We make sure all staff who work in our building are recognized and appreciated through events such as our back-to-school breakfast or luncheon, recognition gifts for birthdays and holidays, Thanksgiving platters, teacher-appreciation-week events and gifts, and other events along the way. 

Our school can retain our amazing staff in large part to how appreciated the entire staff is.  This also makes it easier on families and classrooms, knowing every teacher and professional in the classroom gets a birthday gift, holiday gift, end-of-year gift, and many other points of recognition along the way. 

In order provide the level of support we think our teachers and staff deserve, we need to raise $50 per student per school year. For this school year, we’re combining the Annual Fund and Staff Support donation request to make sure we are able to fully fund our commitment to staff appreciation gifts and events.

For 2024-25, Staff Support contributions are bundled with the Annual Giving contributions. Use the donate button below to contribute.

Our goal is to raise $225,000 this year, or $350 per student. That amount will allow us to fully fund Staff Support and grant back $200,000 to WCE to support critical staffing and program needs.
